Shelly has over 18 years of experience in developing dynamic and effective marketing programs for a multitude of industries. With a corporate background in marketing for technology companies, she has the unique talent for absorbing technical concepts and communicating them to a lay audience. Prior to the formation of CMC, she held a Marketing Director position for a publicly held integration company. She developed and managed communications efforts; including corporate rebranding, web design and content development, direct mail, national advertising campaigns, corporate, product, and services collateral, tradeshow/event and theme programming, as well as annual user conferences.
Shelly focuses on strategic consulting and sales for CMC. She also speaks on a regular basis to groups and associations on different marketing topics including Branding ‘You’, The Integration of Social Media into Your Marketing Strategy, Developing an Effective Marketing Strategy, and more.
Shelly received her B.B.A. degree in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Shelly serves on the Board of Directors for Bea’s Kids, a non-profit organization benefiting underprivileged children in the D/FW area (www.beaskids.org). She is also an active member of the Fort Worth Women’s Advisory Council and the Lewisville Chapter of Team Networking (www.teamnetworking.com).

Dee has over 12 years of communication-specific experience with an emphasis on technical communications. Her ability to assess an audience and communicate at the appropriate level to her target audience is an essential component in successful delivery of information through publications, presentations, and training seminars. Over the last seven years, Dee created and led the education department of publicly held software development company. She was responsible for the curriculum development for 9 separate product lines. In addition she led marketing and sales campaigns to promote training programs and web design and development including support of e-commerce and e-learning components.
Dee received her B.S. degree from the engineering college at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
