Branding & Messaging: e-Health By Design

e-Health By Design is a comprehensive website providing health insurance services for individuals and small groups; including instant online insurance quotes and applications from major health insurance carriers.

e-Health By Design contracted with a video production studio to shoot a promotional video for their business. The studio had very limiting parameters and Tammera Hollerich, owner of e-Health by Design, asked CMC to intervene to ensure her business would be presented in a unique way from most organizations in her market.

CMC first developed a storyboard that would visually communicate the benefits of e-Health By Design in a fresh way that resonated with our client. CMC consulted on the staging and props used in the video, as well as providing on-site production services for the day of the shoot.

Post production, CMC assisted in linking to the video on the e-Health By Design website.

Global Monitor Webinar

Healthvision is a leading provider of healthcare specific software and services. They wanted an interactive way to educate their clients and prospects on enhancements and additions that had been made to their Global Monitor software.

CMC developed a plan that included sending an email invitation to sign up for a webinar showcasing the Global Monitor software. During the webinar, clients and prospects were able to watch as a Healthvision technician walked them through using the software step-by-step. Attendees were able to ask questions and receive real-time answers both verbally and visually.

After the webinar, attendees received a follow up email with directions for getting more information or a personal demonstration. This resulted in increased interest in the software.

 

Print: Sales Tax Specialists of Texas (STST)

 

STST works with businesses to obtain refunds for overpayment of sales taxes, and provides education for future sales tax savings opportunities. They were interested in developing a campaign to inform prospective businesses of their services.

CMC evaluated the targeted demographic and developed a direct mail campaign with client service follow-up. The direct mail was designed as a series of three postcards with a theme of “Know the Facts”. Each postcard focused on a different common misconception or “myth” about taxes and how STST addresses each issue. The postcards reinforced the integrity of service by highlighting a different client testimonial that related to the highlighted issue.

 

Promotional: Texas Homeless Network

 

THN is a statewide non-profit membership organization that provides information services to direct service providers and individual members all across the state of Texas. Each year, THN hosts a statewide conference “Face the Homeless” to raise community awareness. CMC not only develops the branding for the event, but also provides all of the promotional items.
